![]() Using a TransitionDrawable with CircleImageView doesn't work properly and leads to messed up images. If you want to keep the fadeIn animation, you have to fetch the image into a Target and apply a custom animation yourself when receiving the Bitmap. For Picasso use the noFade() option, for Glide use dontAnimate(). If you use an image loading library like Picasso or Glide, you need to disable their fade animations to avoid messed up images.Enabling adjustViewBounds is not supported as this requires an unsupported ScaleType. This is (currently) by design as it's perfectly fine for profile images. The ScaleType is always CENTER_CROP and you'll get an exception if you try to change it.I think i will revert to Capacitor 2 for the moment and wait for the plugins to be more stable. The Android apk now is about 500k larger, i think it’s because of Angular 9. ![]() I have installed the latest version an tthe app runs and compiles but i get no push notifications and i can’t use the camera. My app uses 3 plugins (facebook-login, camera and push-notification). This is the environment after the update:Ĭapacitor 3 uses Typescript 3.8+, i had to update Angular from version 8 to 9 otherwise i was able to use only Typescript version < 3.6 (greater version need Angular 9+) which is incompatible with Capacitor 3.Īfter that I had to manually update polyfills.ts changing the file import from Ionic CLI : 6.16.1 (/usr/local/lib/node_modules/ Framework : : : : : 2.3.3Ĭordova CLI : 9.0.0 Platforms : not availableĬordova-res (update available: 0.15.3) : 0.15.1 This was my environment before the update: My experience with the update, maybe it can be useful to someone of you.
